Making donations
You may choose one of these three ways to submit your donation:
1. Complete an online form by clicking one of the links below and typing the requested information. This is very easy and minimizes work for everyone. Don’t worry about grammar, spelling or wording—just get the basic information into the form, click “Submit” and the auction team will take it from there.
2. Download a PDF form, fill it in and email or hand deliver it to the appropriate category leader. To email it, just scan or photograph it and then email it.
3. Call your category leader and describe your donation. Their phone numbers can be found in the MFF online roster.
Regardless of which method you choose, please email a photo of your donation to the appropriate category leader. This is to help the auction team keep track of who submitted what. The auction team will take final “catalog-ready” photographs of all items.
